Shannon Laidlaw is an aspiring freelance writer, photographer, and hopeful globe-trotter. When she's not speaking about herself in the third person (a skill she’s reluctantly mastered), you can find her heroically holding down her couch, half-watching Parks and Rec for the 510th time, and tapping through an impressive collection of dumb phone games like it’s her part-time job.  

 

She’s also a stage 3 ovarian cancer survivor—which, fingers crossed, was a one-season special and not a recurring series. This blog is where she spills the tea (is that what the kids say?) on all the delightful chaos life has handed her—issues, subscriptions, and everything in between.
